WE ARE CURRENTLY WELCOMING YOUR ORDERS, HOWEVER ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER DECEMBER 20TH WILL BE SHIPPED WITH OUR FIRST NEW YEAR COURIER ON MONDAY 8TH JANUARY.

We are delighted to announce that all orders over $45AU will have complimentary express courier applied at check-out automatically.

SHIPPING*
All products are inspected closely and packaged with care.
All orders are processed from Melbourne CBD, Victoria, Australia. A FLAT RATE OF $8.50AU applies to all Orders UNDER $45 shipping within Australia.

 

All items currently ordered before the 24th of December will be shipped via express courier the following business day. NO PRE-ORDER WAIT TIME IS REQUIRED.

We offer an express courier service thanks to our friends at Couriers Please. Next day delivery (after departure) to Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide metropolitan areas.

Estimated delivery time* to Queensland and Western Australia 3 business days.

International

A flat rate of $20AU for international shipments, via Australia Post.

AFTER YOU ORDER*

A majority of our products are made to order.

Your CW* Pre-Order will be processed, packed and and picked up by our courier within 10 business days. If your item happens to be in stock, it will depart much sooner.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS*

The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the purchaser during the order checkout process. The information set out by the member at the time the order is placed and is binding upon the member.

In the event of an error in the text of the recipient’s contact and address details, CURATED WHOLESALE* cannot be held responsible for the fact that it is not possible to deliver the product. You agree to read your Shipping Address in your Order confirmation email and email margot@curatedwholesale.club immediately in the case of any error.

If your Order is a repeat purchase, we do cross-check your most recent shipping information and any previous address information provided and on file.

In the case of an incorrect address making delivery impossible -
